Implementation of the Credit Support Annex module
The implementation of the CSA module was our first project, where we became acquainted with the AvantGard Quantum system. We obtained all the business requirements, summarized them, and prioritized and implemented them in the system. The module was tested and the deployment to production was covered.
Standardization of all interfaces and implementation of static data interface for CRM system
Customizations are always a source of additional costs and problems. The process of standardization had one goal and it was to get rid of them and start using the standard solutions. Our role was to identify the customizations, summarize the requirements, and prepare and implement the final solutions.
Upgrade of AvantGard Quantum
Due to highly positive reference after the CSA module implementation, we were asked to help with a transition from an old version of AvantGard Quantum to the latest web-based version. We gathered all the requirements, verified all the deliveries, prepared a test strategy, and tested the application. Thanks to our work the client saved a lot of money.
Migration of all reports to a new core functionality in AvantGard Quantum
Despite all the positive qualities of the Crystal Reports, they bring many problems: too many upgrades are needed that affect their functionality. FIS also does not take any responsibility for this – with the approval of FIS, a new solution was implemented and all reports were transferred to the Enterprise Workflow Solution.
Integration of Wüstenrot Bank to Moneta Money Bank
The integration of two companies was a very challenging task due to the amount of data and the limited time for the whole transaction. The transfer had to be done in one moment for several systems: treasury data migration, creation of new interfaces and processes. Thanks to our service, the client needed FIS only for a 3-day consulting job, we performed the rest.
Migration of the treasury system from on premise solution to FIS Cloud
The project was divided into several subprojects:
- Standardization of the solution and implementation of new interfaces.
- Transfer of reports and interfaces from Crystal Reports to the latest version of the system, Enterprise Workflow Framework.
Our role was that of a leading consultant, responsible for all the deliveries, the testing strategy, the time schedule and most of all saving costs of the client!
