Anička is a kind and friendly soul with good judgment of people. That's why at epptec, she is primarily a recruiter, and it's because of these qualities that her job interviews are nothing for candidates to be afraid of. In addition to selecting new colleagues, he also makes sure that the existing  ones have everything they need for overall satisfaction. She herself says:  "What I like about epptec is that even though we work mainly on a project basis, I really choose my colleagues, who I then see, communicate with regularly and some of them become my good friends. I take it very personally whether the team is happy or not." Anička almost always has a  book with her, which she not only reads but also reviews, she also goes to Krav Maga and sometimes you can meet her at Pub Quiz in Vršovice with a glass  of something good.

Nicol is a young, energetic and communicative fresh university graduate with a Bachelor's degree. She likes people, action, creativity and  tries to use all these qualities effectively in her work so that she is an  important member of the HR team and brings her own ideas to it. Outside of  work, she has been involved in Pole Dance and Aerial Hoop for several years.

Kuba is a brilliant software analyst with more than 10 years of experience in implementing and integrating large-scale information systems in the banking industry. He is strongest in finance, but because of his modesty and adaptability, he is able to fill a wide variety of project roles.

Markéta has been at epptec for two years and is  responsible for invoicing, payments, documents, communication with the accountant and payroll processing. She is reliable, caring and independent,  but she also likes teamwork and her humour is always a pleasant companion.  Outside of work, you can find her at six-on-six volleyball or on the water. A certainty is of course the park Grébovka :)

Leoš is a young software developer who follows the motto: "If I do something, I do it right!". His main domain is web application development, but he is not afraid to venture into other areas of development and learn new things. In his spare time, he enjoys adrenaline activities such as motorbike riding. Within epptec he is part of the  Decisionrules.io project, where he is Lead Developer.

Tomáš is an excellent Business Analyst with almost 20 years of  experience, the main link between business and IT. He can manage the whole  project and unite the incompatible - inputs and requirements from all sides.  His work experience includes the integration of Wüstenrot Stavební spořitelna  and Hypoteční banka into MONETA and the development of a new application for the sale of consumer loans. Among other things, he excels at drinking coffee and critical thinking, which he can conceal with humor.

Marek is a young and passionate professional, strongly focused on solving and ideally preventing problems. An analytical career was an obvious choice for him and he came to the world of banking IT through research and development in engineering. From the field of mechanical engineering, he brings unique insight into the functionality of small parts and large units with the legendary precision of engineers. He is  characterized by an open mind, positive attitude and immediate transformation of problems into solutions. Outside of work he rides his Harley-Davidson, plays board games and is currently sky-diving.

Erik has been with us since the beginning of 2021. He is a relatively recent graduate of the University of Economics. He holds the position of Product Owner for our in-house product DecisionRules and has contributed significantly to its success in the market. He is increasingly focusing on consulting with our major clients as he is not afraid of any challenge. He is adaptable, likes to learn new things and is a very responsible and hardworking person. In his spare time he likes to run in nature or have a good meal.

Jirka is a professional with more than 20 years of experience in  software development. He has served in countless important roles in various  capacities. From system, data, business analyst to principal analyst on  strategic projects of our customers. His domain is therefore solving  data-intensive and complex software problems. He has a lot of experience and  that is why he is a great mentor for our junior (or younger) colleagues.

Tomáš feels like a fish in water in banking IT systems and software development. His extensive experience in large transformation  projects is always an added value. He prefers to focus on process design and  integration. At epptec, he works as an IT consultant and also helps with recruiting new colleagues and project planning. In his spare time he dances  salsa, travels and spends time with friends.

Ondra is a cheerful young analyst with a passion for mathematics and solving logic problems. He prefers to see the results of his work, so in his spare time he does various manual tasks from woodworking to "basting" guitar effects. Otherwise, he never refuses an invitation to have a drink or a game of volleyball with friends.

Matúš is quiet and unobtrusive, but he will surprise you with  his knowledge of accounting and finance. Although he has been at epptec for a  short time, he proves that he has the drive and desire to connect business  with IT, and therefore the role of Business Analyst is the right one for him.  Apart from work, he enjoys modern fencing and likes to play folk songs on the  accordion.

For Karel, the saying “still water runs deep" is absolutely fitting. A first class analyst and a person with extensive (15+ years) experience in banking and software development. Karl's domain remains risk  infrastructure systems, but his versatility makes him a valid member of any analytics team. He is also a great mentor for our junior analysts. Apart from  work, you can find him in the woods with a map and a compass.
