As a proud graduate of software engineering at FEL CTU, he remained faithful to software development in the following years, during which he tried various programming languages and platforms. At eppTec, he is in charge of the development centre: "We try to keep up with the hectic times and adapt to modern trends." In the last few years, he has been focusing mainly on microservice architecture and asynchronous processing. Martin enjoys spending his free time with his family or travelling through nature.

Martin has 4 children and as he himself says - to organize such a circus is an achievement in itself. Above all, however, he is an experienced analyst who, when analysing processes, leaves no stone unturned to see what lies beneath. That is why he is responsible for the development of new analytical talents, for whom he is a support and mentor. At eppTec specialises in retail banking product processes.
